MY CREDENTIALS

You don't need more breathing exercises.
I work with analytically minded, objectively successful adults who privately feel stuck or miserable. Many of my clients have tried therapy before with incomplete results. That's where I do my best work.
My clinical work is grounded in treatments that work, combining exposure-based approaches (Exposure and Response Prevention) with tools that help build psychological flexibility (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). This integrated approach is especially effective for adults with ADHD and treatment-resistant anxiety or OCD.
Together, we'll explore the specific ways that your anxiety is hijacking your problem-solving for evil instead of good. While working to identify these mental “traps,” you'll develop the flexibility to choose when you want your problem-solving brain to work for you. Over time, clients build the capacity to choose how they wish to respond in the presence of anxiety and uncertainty, leading to a greater sense of participation in the areas of life that matter most.
